Refunds and cancelling.

How cancelling works, and why payments aren’t refunded.

Last updatedOct 21, 2026EffectiveOct 21, 2026

The short version

  • Cancel any time, and the next payment isn’t taken.
  • Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments aren’t refunded, including for part of a month or year.
  • Starter is free with an early access invite, so there’s nothing to refund.
01

Cancelling

  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account, or by writing to us.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for, then stops renewing. No further payments are taken.
  • Your projects and data stay until you delete them, or until the history window of your plan runs out.
02

Refunds

Payments aren’t refunded. That includes the unused part of a month or a year when you cancel or move to a smaller plan.

Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies, and nothing in this policy takes it away.

03

Changing plans

  • Upgrades start straight away.
  • Downgrades start at the end of the period you paid for.
  • If you go over your plan’s page views, collection pauses until the next period or until you upgrade. We never charge overages.
04

Who handles payments

Payments go through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle’s name appears on your statement and invoices. Plans and prices are on the pricing page, and the full rules are in the terms of service.
